Our company manages events from corporate events, non corporate events, trade shows etc. We follow a budget format or event management system where all records are place and collectibles are made. We have a finance/accounting head that supervise and is responsible for planning the budget, of the whole execution procedure to be able to guarantee that all figures are accounted for.
